Since the Website offers made-to-order goods we do not provide refunds and or exchanges after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product. We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. However, we do offer store credit, partial and full refunds for defective products if can be proven. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
